Can I Request a fragrance?

You sure can, just email us at sales@jonandco.com.au We do many custom fragrances.

What is Triple Scented?

jon & co candles have the maximum fragrance load, this ensures a constant fragrance throughout the life of your candle. Other brands use 1/3 of the fragrance and often get less fragrant over time.

How do I care for my candle?

  • The first time you burn your candle, let it burn for 2+ hours so that it burns all the way to the edge of the container.
  • Never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Regularly trim your wick before each burn.
  • Stop burning with 10mm of wax left to prevent glass cracking.
  • Wash out your container with warm soapy water and re-use it.

What are your candles made of?

jon & co candles, uses the highest quality soy wax, fragrance oil, wicks and vessels. Our wax's are vegan and do not contain animal products.

Are your room fragrances natural?

Yes our room fragrance are made of all natural products.

How is burn time calculated?

Soy wax burns at 5 grams per hour. This can reduce depending on the environment that you are in.
